Samsung Galaxy A21s is a great upgrade (Update: India launch date)

Update, June 16, 2020 (5:23 AM ET): Samsung quietly
launched the Samsung Galaxy A21s in May. The phone is an iterative
upgrade over the Galaxy A21, but the upgrades come where it counts:
camera, battery life, and RAM
Samsung Galaxy A21s: Specs
The new phone gets a 6.5-inch HD+
display with a resolution of 1,600 x 720 pixels and a 20:9 aspect ratio.
There’s a hole-punch at the top left corner of the screen housing a
13MP selfie shooter. Both the display and selfie camera are the same as
what’s included with the Galaxy A21.
The main quad-camera setup gets an upgrade though. There’s a 48MP
primary sensor instead of the 16MP lens found on the A21. The other
three camera sensors remain the same, including an 8MP ultra-wide
sensor, a 2MP depth camera, and another 2MP macro camera. A physical
fingerprint sensor also rests in the center of the back panel just like
the Galaxy A21.
Samsung Galaxy A21s: Price and availability
The Samsung Galaxy A21s phone will land in Spain on June 22, 2020, which strongly suggests that’s when the rest of Europe will also see it. Additionally, the Netherlands has an announced price of €209 (~$227), so that will likely be close to the price for all other European countries.
In UK, the Galaxy A21s starts at £179 (~$226). It’ll be available in black, white, and blue colorways starting on June 19. UK customers will also get six months of free Spotify Premium subscription with the purchase of the phone.
In India, Samsung has confirmed that the Galaxy A21S will launch on June 17. However, there’s no confirmation on its sale day in the country.
We still don’t have word on release dates and pricing for the US..
